Responsibilities:
The main points of the job requirements and areas of activity of the future candidate are as follows:
- To set up and implement the strategic objectives in accordance with shareholders’ expectations;
- To represent the company on the Romanian market;
- To re-organize and to lead the Romanian organization, in terms of people, financial/ material resources, processes, in order to make the Romanian operations more efficient;
- To increase continuously the market share of the company;
- To collect and analyze market information;
- To monitor continuously the energy-market and the competitors; following continuously the changes in the regulatory environment, integrating them in operational and contractual processes;
- To develop products and contractual arrangements and to improve them in accordance with the continuous development of market needs;
- To achieve the approved sales plan; to develop, control and improve tendering and contractual processes;
- To determine sales targets for employees;
- To keep in contact with the company's existing and potential customers;
- To build and continuously expand a customer base in accordance with the company’s strategy.

Requirements
- Technical/economic/trade college or university degree;
- Fluent English (negotiation level);
- Comprehensive knowledge of energy industry and regulatory system;
- Several years of management experience;
- Several years of sales experience;
- Managing, leading skills;
- Strategic thinking and business approach;
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills;
- Good negotiation and communication skills;
- Strong, dynamic personality;
- Creativity and endurance.
