The main points of the job requirements and areas of activity of the future candidate are as follows:

  • To set up and implement the strategic objectives in accordance with shareholders’ expectations;
  • To represent the company on the Romanian market;
  • To re-organize and to lead the Romanian organization, in terms of people, financial/ material resources, processes, in order to make the Romanian operations more efficient;
  • To increase continuously the market share of the company;
  • To collect and analyze market information;
  • To monitor continuously the energy-market and the competitors; following continuously the changes in the regulatory environment, integrating them in operational and contractual processes;
  • To develop products and contractual arrangements and to improve them in accordance with the continuous development of market needs;
  • To achieve the approved sales plan; to develop, control and improve tendering and contractual processes;
  • To determine sales targets for employees;
  • To keep in contact with the company's existing and potential customers;
  • To build and continuously expand a customer base in accordance with the company’s strategy.


  • Technical/economic/trade college or university degree;
  • Fluent English (negotiation level);
  • Comprehensive knowledge of energy industry and regulatory system;
  • Several years of management experience;
  • Several years of sales experience;
  • Managing, leading skills;
  • Strategic thinking and business approach;
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills;
  • Good negotiation and communication skills;
  • Strong, dynamic personality;
  • Creativity and endurance.
